Andrew Giles drives the development and implementation of strategic public relations programs that support Canon Australia’s consumer imaging business. These programs have contributed to the company’s brand-based marketing, which has seen the consumer portfolio achieve leading shares in key categories.
Andrew’s integrated communication approach comes from diverse experience in Australia and Japan. Author of Canon Australia’s social media guidelines, Andrew oversaw the company’s first steps into social media in 2008. Three years later, Andrew manages engagement with Canon Australia’s vibrant and rapidly growing communities of passionate brand advocates with which it shares information, inspiration and ideas.
Andrew believes that authenticity is the basis for all brand communication and is excited by the untapped potential of emerging and existing channels to achieve consumer engagement.

As the Head of Social Media and Mobile at Switched on Media, Hannah is responsible for creating, leading and delivering a range of social media strategies across a number of blue-chip clients, including Canon, Westfield, Fairfax Digital, IBM, the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and Stockland. A solid understanding of how communication channels can be used to achieve business objectives has seen Hannah continuously deliver strong business results ranging from brand awareness to increased sales to developing an engaged community of brand advocates.
Prior to joining Switched on Media, Hannah worked in public relations for several years . This communications background has given Hannah crisis management experience, an ability to align content to a brand’s personality and values, and a unique perspective on digital PR opportunities such as blogger and online influence engagement.

Andrew Hunter leads ninemsn’s video and homepage teams working across Channel 9's newsrooms and ninemsn's Sydney CBD headquarters.
He is responsible for ninemsn’s video strategy and execution, including Nine catch-up, live streaming and short-form news content, and ninemsn’s social media and SEO strategies.
Hunter started his career as a journalist in the early 1990s, working in newspapers and magazines before joining News Limited’s digital arm in 2000. He has been at ninemsn since 2005.

Dan Ilic is Australia's premier viral video creator. Many of his video creations have made their way around the world, and his work during the 2007 federal election not only tickled the funny bone of voters but also changed the way political groups communicate with their audience.
Dan also consults business and brands on how to reach their audience on-line through web video, past clients include Apple Computer Australia, IBM, Fairfax Digital, MTV Networks, Broadcast Australia, and The Australian Olympic Committee.
As a writer/performer/director Dan has also worked for NBC, the Nine Network, Network Ten and as a radio broadcasters for Triple J and FBi Radio in Sydney
Most recently of course, he’s been a presenter on the ABC TV show The Hungry Beast

Chris Quigley is co-founder of digital democracy company Delib, specialising in providing consultation and engagement apps for governments around the world. Chris Q most notably worked with the White House on President Obama's first crowdsourcing process in 2009, and in 2010 worked with the Treasury and Cabinet Office on the Coalition's first crowdsourcing processes - the Spending Challenge and Your Freedom - which involved over 750,000 people across the UK. Most recently Chris and the Delib team developed up Citizen Space, an open source consultation platform, made in collaboration with the UK government and now available for use by governments across the world.
